Shipping policy

For orders greater than 5 pieces, shipping is complimentary. 

For orders between 1-5 pieces, a nominal shipping fee applies:

• $15 for orders to Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario
• $20 for orders to Manitoba and Western Canada

Note: Warranty or backordered items are excluded from the above shipping fees.

We import your product from overseas.  That said, products for Canadian destinations should arrive within 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. If you have not received your products after 10 business days, please contact orders@ateliereyeweargroup.com, or your sales representative for more info.

Where feasible, a tracking number will be supplied. 

Product returns

Return shipments on product are at your cost unless otherwise approved by Atelier Eyewear.
