Outbound shipping on orders over 3pcs is complimentary. Orders of 1-2 pcs may incur a nominal shipping charge, depending on your location.
Products shipped within Canada should arrive within 7-10 business days after order has been placed. If you have not received your products after 10 business days, please contact orders@ateliereyeweargroup.com.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your product up to 14 days after you’ve received the item(s). Return shipments will be at your cost. Products must not be worn, damaged or otherwise altered. To return an item and request a refund, please contact orders@ateliereyeweargroup.com and state your Purchase Order number clearly within the email. The Atelier Eyewear Group reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are not in acceptable condition and/or damaged.
